On November 25th, the first launch ceremony of Qingling EQ2, a right-hand drive new energy commercial vehicle, was held for export to Singapore. At 11 am, accompanied by the brilliance of cold fireworks, the first batch of 20 Qingling EQ2 vehicles drove out of Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingling Group) located in Jiulongpo District, starting their journey to Singapore.
It is understood that the Qingling EQ2 is a new model developed by Qingling Group with heavy investment to seize the overseas market opportunity of new energy right-hand drive commercial vehicles. It is equipped with CATL's 100.46kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, with an energy density of over 159Wh/kg and a range of 515 kilometers; Equipped with Bosch high-efficiency electric drive system and silicon carbide controller, it has lower energy consumption and stronger reliability. It also enjoys an extended warranty of 8 years/400000 kilometers for the battery and 5 years/200000 kilometers for the motor. The cockpit design highlights humanization, equipped with an intelligent 10 inch touch screen and full LCD instrument panel.
These 20 Qingling EQ2 have not yet arrived in Singapore, but 10 have already been sold ahead of schedule. ”Speaking of cooperation with Qingling, Lin Yabao, founder and CEO of Singapore Motorway and Qingling (Singapore) Private Limited, smiled happily.

Lin Yabao introduced that the Singapore government attaches great importance to green and low-carbon work in the transportation sector and provides a certain amount of subsidies for new energy vehicles. And Qingling EO2 just caught up with this wave of "policy benefits", so it has a certain advantage in terms of price. As a pure electric vehicle, it has a high degree of environmental friendliness and can better protect Singapore's natural environment.
Will there be 'range anxiety' for pure electric vehicles? Lin Yabao stated that the Qingling EO2 has a range of 515 kilometers and is capable of handling cargo and cold chain logistics between airports and ports in Singapore. And the temperature in Singapore is between 25 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius all year round, which is suitable for the operation of new energy vehicles.
